It's the time of the year for sweets, treats and delicious foods.
While the food is delightful the extra calories can pack on some weight.
The average American gains 1-2 pounds over the holidays, which can add up over time.
Join Civilian Health Personnel Services this month and learn ways to stay healthy and trim during the holidays.

Participants who complete the HRA enter information such as blood pressure, cholesterol and life-style behaviors.
When finished you receive a confidential Personal Wellness Report designed to help you understand potential lifestyle health risks, links with support information, and an action plan to enhance healthy life-style behaviors.

Be Active Fitness Initiative to launch in May
During the month of May, join Air Force Materiel Command and Civilian Health Personnel Services for the Be Active Fitness Initiative. The purpose of Men's Health Month is to highlight men's health issues, raise awareness of preventable health problems and encourage early detection and treatment of diseases. Part of being aware is looking at the impact of lifestyle choices on health, such as dietary habits, smoking and alcohol use.
