AFMC restructures to cut overhead, make command more efficient
As part of a cost savings and efficiency effort by Air Force and Air Materiel Command headquarters the Ogden Air Logistics Center will be changing its structure and will lose 261 manning positions.
Providing greater military capabilities, improving readiness and operating effectively in the current fiscal environment is the purpose of an Air Force Materiel Command-wide restructure announced by Air Force officials Nov. 2.
