On March 16, TriCare Management Activity (TMA) announces its intent to award a contract to UnitedHealth Military and Veterans Services in the West Region in support of the third generation of TriCare Managed Care Support contracts, also known as "T-3." Health care delivery, under the new contract, is scheduled to begin April 1, 2013. TMA is committed to keeping beneficiaries and stakeholders informed about the transition. The fifth annual Hill Aerospace Museum Easter Egg Hunt will be April 7 at 9 a.m. sharp outside on the grounds around the airplanes..
There will be four age groups two-year olds and younger, 3-4 years, 5-8 and 9-12. For more information and questions Call Lorrie at 801-774-0956. Volunteers are being sought to help set out eggs, manage crowds, parking and pick-up after the event. This takes about three hours from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Phase 3 of the effort to repave the medical clinic parking lot is scheduled April 16 through April 30, weather permitting. On April 16, the main driveway and the clinic parking area the furthest southeast of Building 570 will be closed for repaving. Traffic will be detoured to alternate parking areas. Accessibility and crosswalks will be maintained as deemed safe around construction equipment.
The 649th MUNS will be conducting a 100 percent inventory of the depot (FV2172) stockpile April 2 through April 30.

The Health and Wellness Center will be starting a weight loss support group. The group will consist of a weekly, one hour informal discussion and workout. Join the group and get the support you need while reaching your weight loss goals.
The group is free to all military, retirees, civilians, contractors and dependents. The group just started recently and will be on Thursdays from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Classes will be held in the HAWC in the Warrior Fitness Center (Building 533).

There is a need for local families to host some foreign exchange students. The interested group has a talented girl from Spain, one Danish girl who likes sports and horses, another Danish girl who loves soccer, a Chinese girl who likes to swim and a German boy who likes sports.
Other students are available. They have their own spending money, insurance, they help with chores and follow the family rules. Students can share a room. Host families get $50 income tax deduction monthly. One parent should be home most of the time at suppertime.

March 13-16 marks the return of Hill's Ski Meet after a 14 year absence. The fee is $425 for three days of racing and all-area lift tickets to Snowbasin.
