VERA/VSIP apps window now open until May 15
Hill Air Force Base will be accepting applications for Voluntary Early Retirement Authority/Voluntary Separation Incentive Pay (VERA/VSIP) through May 15. The applicants selected and approved for VERA/VSIP are expected to be off the employment rolls by Aug. 31.
Applications from the previous VERA/VSIP will not carry over. Interested employees must apply to be considered.
Applications will only be accepted through Hill AFB's VERA/VSIP Interactive Program Website (https://wbhill03.hill.afmc.ds.af.mil/vera_vsip/). Check this website for more information.
VERA/VSIP applications accepted until Jan. 24
As you may know, a VERA/VSIP program is now under way. Applications to participate will only be accepted until Jan. 24 through the VERA/VSIP Interactive Program web site at https://wbhill03.hill.afmc.ds.af.mil/vera_vsip/.
Applications under consideration now
Applications to participate in the Voluntary Early Retirement Authority/Voluntary Separation Incentive Pay (VERA/VSIP) program are no longer being accepted. If you did apply there are a few things you may want to be aware of when considering whether or not you are ready to retire.
If you separate with a VERA/VSIP, you will need to turn in your retirement paperwork to the Benefits and Entitlements Service Team (BEST) at Randolph Air Force Base, as soon as possible but no later than Nov. 4.
