On April 28 in conjunction with Davis County, the 75th Medical Support Squadron is conducting its third annual Medical Take Back Event at the Base Exchange and Commissary.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., unused pharmaceuticals and prescription medications can be brought to those locations in order to facilitate their safe disposal.
It’s helpful, but not necessary, that medications are in their original containers. All medications are destroyed through incineration.

Prescription drugs may also be dropped off at the following Smith’s stores: 2399 S. Main St., Bountiful; 555 S. 200 West, Bountiful; 1316 N. Highway 89, Farmington; 2353 N. Main St., Sunset; 1170 E. Gentile, Layton; and 951 W. 1700 South, Syracuse.
