The week of April 15-22 is designated as the "Days of Remembrance of Victims of the Holocaust." By honoring the victims, their memories are kept alive. Our keen awareness of the atrocities that occurred assures history does not repeat itself.
The Hill Air Force Base Holocaust Memorial Committee will host the annual Holocaust Remembrance Ceremony. The theme designated for this year is "Choosing to Act: Stories of Rescue."
The events scheduled for Team Hill are:
Military members are highly encouraged to participate. Family members and friends with access to the base are welcome. Civilian employees wishing to attend may be released for up to two hours without charge of leave as time and mission requirements permit.
