The CY12A Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel and Major Medical Corps/Dental Corps Central Selection Boards (CSBs) are tentatively scheduled to convene on Sept. 17 at the Air Force Personnel Center.
Eligibility criteria:
FOR CY12A COLONEL (MC/DC):
a. Above-the-Promotion Zone (APZ): Date of rank: May 31, 2007, or earlier with a previous nonselection.
b. In-the-Promotion Zone (IPZ): Date of rank: June 1, 2007 to May 31, 2008.
c. Below-the-Promotion Zone (1 year BPZ): Date of rank: June 1, 2008 - May 31, 2009.
d. Below-the-Promotion Zone (2 year BPZ): Date of rank: June 1, 2009 - May 31, 2010.
2. FOR CY12A LIEUTENANT COLONEL (MC/DC):
a. Above-the-Promotion Zone (APZ): Date of rank: May 31, 2007 or earlier with a previous nonselection.
b. In-the-Promotion Zone (IPZ): Date of rank: June 1, 2007 - May 31, 2008.
c. Below-the-Promotion Zone (1 year BPZ): Date of rank: June 1, 2008 - May 31, 2009.
d. Below-the-Promotion Zone (2 year BPZ): Date of rank: Jun 1, 2009 - May 31, 2010.
3. FOR CY12A MAJOR (MC/DC):
a. Above-the-Promotion Zone (APZ): Date of rank: May 31, 2007, or earlier with a previous nonselection.
