Presidents Day weekend hours, office closings

A number of base services and facilities will be closed or have limited hours this Presidents Day weekend. Limited hours begin Friday, Feb. 12, in conjunction with the Team Hill Ski Day at Snowbasin. Additionally, the following hours apply to Hill AFB facilities and services in observance of the President’s Day federal holiday on Monday, Feb.15.

Friday, Feb. 12 (Team Hill Ski Day)

Airmen & Family Readiness Center: 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Airman Leadership School: Closed

Arts & Crafts: 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Auto Hobby: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.

Boyer Hill Military Housing Office: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Bowling Center: 11 a.m.-11 p.m.

Bubble: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Chapel: Closed

Child Development Center (East/West): 6 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Civilian Personnel Section: Closed

Education and Training Offices: 7 a.m.-4 p.m.

Fast Eddies Dining Facility: Breakfast, 6 a.m.-8 a.m.; Lunch, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.; and Dinner, 5-7 p.m. 

Finance Customer Service: Closed

Hess Fitness Center: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Hillcrest Dining Facility: Breakfast, 5:30 a.m.-8 a.m.; Lunch, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.; and Dinner, 5-7 p.m.

Hubbard Memorial Golf Course: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Legal Office: Closed

Library: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Lodging: 24/7

Manpower & Organization: Closed

Medical Group (Clinic/Pharmacy): 7 a.m.-4 p.m.

Military Personnel Section: Closed

Museum: 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

NAF Human Resources Office: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Outdoor Recreation/Information, Tickets & Tours: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Professional Development: Closed

South Gate Visitor Center: 4:30 a.m.-midnight

The Landing: 11 a.m.-9 p.m.

Warrior Fitness Center: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Youth Programs: 6 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

South, Roy and West Gates: Due to construction at 5600 South near the Roy Gate by the Utah Department of Transportation, the Roy Gate will close at noon Feb. 12 and reopen at 9 a.m. Feb. 16. Construction will not affect the Interstate 15/5600 South interchange, the access road or the ramps. In order to accommodate base traffic during this time, the West Gate will be open 24 hours. Commercial traffic will be rerouted to the East Gate and will also be open 24 hours. 

UTA bus-to-base service will run on Friday, Feb. 12.

Monday, Feb. 16 (Presidents Day)
