Oct. 5 to Dec. 9, Velocity Running Group. Come join the group for a weekly run around the duck pond trail every Wednesday and Friday at 11 a.m. for 10 weeks. Beginners and avid runners welcome, run at your own pace tracking your distance for mileage incentive prizes including T-shirts, hats, and more. The ultimate goal -- running the Santa 10K on Dec. 9.
