The group will meet every Monday from 11 a.m.-noon, Wednesday from 11 a.m.-noon, and Saturday at 9 a.m. Learn ways to walk for wellness in this eight-week walking program. Oct. 30, 9 a.m., Halloween Costume 5K and Kids 1 Mile — dress up in your Halloween costume and join the fitness center in a fun run for the family. Five volunteers are also needed to help with this event.
