The 527th Electronics Maintenance Squadron successfully completed its biennial Air Force Metrology and Calibration -- AFMETCAL -- audit after enduring two weeks of intense scrutiny from a five-member AFMETCAL audit team. The findings of the audit resulted in the 527th EMXS being issued a Certificate of Compliance.
Col. Allan Day, commander of the 22nd Maintenance Group at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., will take over leadership of the 309th Maintenance Wing at Hill AFB in July.
